No, Services provided by the Community Care Clinic of Franklin such as treatment for Acute and Chronic Illnesses are Free to patients who qualify (See Question 2 for Eligibility Guidelines). Lab services provided by the Macon County Health Department are Free of charge to CCCF patients as well. *Donations to CCCF are always welcome.
However, if a patient is referred to the hospital for Imaging or Labs, ER Visits, Urgent Care, or referred to a Specialist, these services cannot be paid by the Community Care Clinic of Franklin.
Yes, we still offer Telehealth Services, as well as Parking Lot visits for patients who are experiencing Flu/COVID-like Symptoms.
* Patients who have not been seen In-Person by the Clinic in the last 3 months will NOT be able to schedule a Telehealth Appointment and must be seen In-person.
Yes, We have Spanish Interpreters on staff who can help with your Translation needs.
* Any Patient who is under the age of 18 years old will need a Parent or Guardian present with them at their First Visit to sign any paperwork. The Parent or Guardian will also need to be present at each following visit!
We see ages 16 & Up
We are able to treat most Chronic Diseases such as Diabetes, Hypertension, etc. As well as many Acute Illnesses such as Sinus Infections, UTI's, and FLU/COVID etc.
Yes, We offer Medication Assistant for patients who qualify!
However, we do not offer any financial assistance for procedures such as Imaging, visits to a Specialist, ER Visits, etc.
Our Office and Clinic will be closed Monday, December 25th through Wednesday, December 27th in observance of Christmas.
We will return to the office on Thursday, December 28th at regular office hours from 8am-2pm.
