Office Hours: 

Monday-Friday: 10AM-2PM


Clinic Hours:

Monday & Wednesday: 5PM-7PM

Friday Mornings: 10AM-2PM



In order to qualify for our clinic, you must:

  1. Be Uninsured, meaning that you do not have any health insurance or be the beneficiary of other programs.
  2. You must have a Total Household Income that is below or at the 200% level of the Federal Poverty Guidline


Yes, we still offer Telehealth Services, as well as Parking Lot visits for patients who are experiencing Flu/COVID-like Symptoms


* Patients who have not been seen In-Person by the Clinic in the last 3 months will NOT be able to schedule a Telehealth Appointment and must be seen In-person. 


Yes, We have two Spanish Interpreters on staff who can help with your Translation needs. 


Yes! 

  • For Established Patients, they will need to fill out a form at every visit to insure that we have their up-to-date information, and will also need to fill out an additional form every 6 months to insure that they are still eligible for our clinic. 


  • For New Patients, they will need to fill out a series of forms to provide us information about their Medical History, as well as their Financial Information to insure eligibility for the clinic. 


* Any Patient who is under the age of 18 years old will need a Parent or Guardian present with them at their First Visit to sign any paperwork. The Parent or Guardian will also need to be present at each following visit!


We see ages 16 & Up


We are able to treat most Chronic Diseases such as Diabetes, Hypertension, etc., as well as some Acute Illnesses.  


Yes, We offer Medication Assistant for patients who qualify! However, we do not offer any financial assistance for procedure such as Imaging, visits to a Specialist, ER Visits, etc. 

  • If a patient gets lab work done at the Macon County Health Department, it is free of charge to the patient. 
  • If a patient would like to sign up for a Medication Assistance program, they will need to contact Sarai Pichardo at (828) 349-2085 Ext. 2247 or visit with her during office hours from 10am-2pm
