We are a Free Clinic located in Franklin, North Carolina. We have been serving the citizens Ages 16 & Up who reside in Macon County as well as the citizens of surrounding counties who are not able to afford healthcare elsewhere since 2010. Many of our patients are seen for supervision of chronic diseases such as diabetes. Through the clinic, patients can obtain care through medical supervision, lab testing/results, testing supplies, and medications including insulin. If not for our clinic, many of these community members would have no source of care and would be at risk for complications of their disease including hospitalization and possible death. Our free clinic serving low income and uninsured residents of Macon County is funded entirely by grants and donations.
